Teenagers Depression

Teenage Depression

Depression in teen age peoples is very common. Researches have shown that 4 out of 100 get seriously depressed every year. Definitely everyone feels sad for little of the time, but it is not exactly the depression.

The teenage year is very difficult which is known to everyone and there is no question about it. During that age there will be more pressure and challenges to face. If the person is feeling sad for most of the times then that person is suppose to be suffering from clinical teenage depression.

Teenagers should look into the life and find out if their sadness has any impact on their quality of life, grade, and friendship.

If someone has teenage depression then its good news and it can be treated. Once the depression is identified then that individual along with the help of others can take further step to make things better.

How do you know if you get depressed? Think twice about how you have felt. Have you ever felt sad for a great deal of time and those feelings aren't going away? Do you feel that life is worthless? Do you have problem in getting excited about things,or making up your mind?

It is important for teens to realize that their feelings are valid, and that they are not alone in the way they sense. Most importantly, with the proper help and attention, things will definitely get better, much better. If you feel that you are depressed, it is very vital for you to seek help. It may be that you are carrying around a large weight by yourself.

One way to deal with feelings of sadness is through music. Expressing your feelings rather than keeping them bottled up, it will be able to help yourself feel so much better. Writing and performing music has been a great outlet. It is also possible to use listening to music as a way to express your feelings. When you feel down, listening to "depressing" music helps me to realize that you are not the only one feeling sad. It can be very powerful.

Human Can learn almost anything

Human beings are proficient to do more than two things in same time. This can be known from the simple example such as we can walk by reading newspaper, watch television and talk in phone. These works can be done without any difficulties. But everyone cannot develop the ability to do works simultaneously as the other does. For example consider a man can play drums and trumpet but not on the same time. But there are some people who can make these things possible.

To achieve this level it needs continuous practice and determination. The level of skills always varies from person to person in all manners from conscious in competence t unconscious competence. The skills we have experienced for a long time will be internalized and can be performed right into old age.  Even if there is a stage of non practice, it will habitually take just a few minutes before the brain and the body “remembers” the skill.

Just like any skill that we have learned the mastering of recollection training or recall techniques follow the same rule of proficiency.  It is no speculating that top practitioner of astounding memory feat practice their craft everyday.  Able to keep in mind long digits of numbers of hundreds or even thousands of digits long and to memories similar long list of dissimilar words.  The old tried and tested method of mastering any skill is put into practice.
