NIOSH Joins ANSI/NAM Monthly Chemicals Discussion
NIOSH has joined the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Network on Chemical Regulation, first convened in 2007 to share information regarding global regulation on waste, recycling, and other issues relating to chemicals. The network is comprised of representatives of industry, government, academia and other interested stakeholders who meet monthly via teleconference for an exchange of information. Drs. Rick Niemeier and T.J. Lentz are the NIOSH representatives for this workgroup.
